Kesley Jade Collections - Returns and Refunds Policy
At Kesley Jade Collections, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Our Returns and Refunds Policy ensures that your satisfaction is our top priority. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
1. Return Window:
- Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure tags are included
- The item must also be in its original packaging. The reason for this is to help you keep costs down. If you choose to use a different packaging that is fine just keep in mind you are responsible to pay for the additional packaging used.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
4. Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
5. Proof of Purchase:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in the original email sent when you placed the order. You can also use the pack slip that was given in your package.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping instructions are below!
6. Partial Refunds:
- In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
7. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days. (this is determined by the CC company or bank processing times. On average it's 2-3 business days)
8. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received a refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
- If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at kesleyjadecollections@gmail.com.
9. Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
10. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at kesleyjadecollections@gmail.com and mail your item to: Kesley Jade Collections 1657 N State St. Lehi, UT 84043 United States
11. Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Remember, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- If you hand deliver your package to the return address. This will be done at your own discretion. We cannot guarantee the items will arrive at our warehouse and you will not have proof of delivery. (Hand delivery not recommended)
13. Important Note for all returns and Items Over $75:
- If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we make every effort to process returns promptly, we cannot guarantee the successful receipt of your returned item.
- In case items do not arrive at our warehouse, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for an exception, please provide as much clarification as possible, which may include:
- Do you have a tracking number for the items you sent back?
- Did you follow the instructions in the return policy, and to what address were the items shipped?
- If you didn't receive a tracking number for your return, can you provide a credit card or bank statement showing proof of the shipping purchase on the day they were sent back? Proof of shipping should be from a reputable local shipping company (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
14. Our Commitment:
- At Kesley Jade Collections, we are committed to going above and beyond for our customers. We are proud to provide refunds, as long as our established rules and policies are respected. These rules are in place to protect the interests of all parties involved.
- Please Note: Kesley Jade Collections is not a dressing room. We are unable to ship items for customers to try on and then return without the customer paying for the cost of shipping. If the sizing does not fit the return policies will apply. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
